Overview

The American Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation (ISSN: 1548-7776) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that provides a platform for advancing scholarship in the field of psychiatric rehabilitation and mental health. Publication History
The American Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation was originally published as Psychiatric Rehabilitation Skills. From 2004 to 2017, it was published by Taylor & Francis (Routledge). The final Taylor & Francis issue, Volume 20, Issue 4 (2017), was released in June 2018. Beginning in 2019, publishing responsibilities shifted to the University of Nebraska Press. Since 2025, the journal has been published independently as an open-access, continuously published journal on this platform.
